Let's Create Something From The Ground Up

With extensive first-hand experience in custom building, I will go over all of the details of building a new home and what that entails with you.

We will review which area(s) and neighbourhood(s) you’re interested in building in and review what your options specific to that neighbourhood are. With location(s) settled on, we will review what type of home you're looking to build and the key elements you wish to include. We will review all local builders within your desired location and work to find the one that is the right fit for you. I will guide you through the paperwork builders use to put together a deal (often unique to each builder with the same major components). We work with the builder to ensure we design a home that works for you and is within your budget.

I will review the Tarion Home Warranty with you so you understand how you’re protected and what the builder is responsible for once the build is complete. I will remain available during the duration of your build to answer any questions you may have (and am never opposed to assisting with design). I will attend the final walkthrough and home inspection with you knowing what to review with respect to your Tarion Home Warranty. Once this is complete, all that's left is for you to enjoy your beautifully built new home!
