Let's Find Your New Home

Here’s how we get started - we will meet and I will have the opportunity to learn about you, your wants, needs and goals when it comes to buying a home. Purchasing a home is always going to be one of the biggest financial investment you'll ever make. No matter the scale of your buying experience; whether you're a first-time buyer, or an experienced investor, buying a home requires guidance. I am here to provide that guidance for you. My goal is to make the experience as straight-forward as possible for you, ensuring you are informed and confident in your decision-making, but also having fun during what is undoubtedly a very exciting time for you!

I ensure you are kept up-to-date with any new suited listings as soon as they hit the market, and/or any unlisted homes that I am made aware of through my network of builders, buyers, sellers, investors and fellow Realtors. I also ensure you are provided with useful information regarding local neighbourhoods that you are interested in.

It's important to ensure all of the pieces are in place, so I will review with you all of the required components including: a full comprehensive review of the buyer representation paperwork, ensuring you have a pre-approval in place, and that you understand all closing costs and the terms of a binding home purchase contract. During this process I can connect you with recommended mortgage brokers, lawyers, home inspectors, contractors, etc. if needed.

And we're off! When you are ready to start viewing properties, I accompany you to all showings, walking you through each property, combing through all of pieces you will need to consider so you are informed.

When it comes time to putting an offer on a home you love, I ensure I present all of the information relative to the property and neighbourhood to you, as well as, providing comparable properties, so you can review similar homes that are either on the market, or have recently sold in order to best understand the neighbourhood and property value and gage a suitable and competitive offer price. The decision if always yours, but I will always aid your decision with my sound advice and expertise. I will prepare an Agreement of Purchase and Sale (the offer) and review it with you thoroughly prior to submission.

When your offer is accepted - from point of acceptance to closing: the deposit is paid, conditions (if any) are fulfilled, walkthroughs and final inspections are completed, and your bank, or mortgage broker, home inspector and lawyer will all complete their respective parts. Once it's a firm deal, you collect the keys and open the door to YOUR new home!
