I start with a review of the current state of your home and discuss a plan of action to downsize, de-clutter and organize in preparation for any required repairs, design updates and staging. With experience in custom home building, interior design and organization, I carry a toolbox of useful and relevant know-hows to properly prepare your home for the market.

In addition, you will receive valuable advice from an accredited home staging company during a staging consultation (free of charge) ensuring you receive the best possible design direction to impress buyers and create a lasting impression that leads to a successful sale.

From the time of listing, your home is marketed 24 hours a day. No two homes are the same and I ensure that I creatively customize a marketing plan to reflect the uniqueness of each home. I set the stage for buyers before they even set foot in your home. Professional photographers capture your home to showcase its features and highlight its potential. A thoughtfully written and detailed description of your home, along with high quality professional photos, a virtual tour, floorplans and a property video are the marketing components I include with each listing. Your listing is then placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS® Realtor.ca) an online marketing tool that real estate agents use to promote your home. In addition, your listing is featured on www.wollerealty.com, www.mikelacorreia.com, www.kwar.ca and www.kijiji.ca (if applicable), as well as, marketed on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. I work hard to showcase your home so its fullest potential is soaked up by prospective buyers.

Throughout the listing process, I ensure you are continually updated, receiving all feedback from showings and/or open houses and that we have constant open communication regarding any questions or concerns you may have. When it comes time to relaying offers, I present them to you in an organized and thorough manner and make a point to negotiate on any suitable offers to ensure you are getting the best-suited offer possible.
